In the attached image, the green shift is the one that has moved the farthest in the latest up move

but before that it was red on the way down, in this case, red used to be the leader and the green shift would now be the new leader

so does being the leader mean it acts as the body in the single tf while the other two shifts, red and grey acts as wicks?

I do not trade systems, I rely on my ability to determine what a move means by considering several factors

Often people will show me a pattern on a single chart and ask me what it says about the future. A single pattern on a single chart means nothing; it only has meaning in the context of everything.

An idea is what you believe about the truth of trading, such as:
support is a line that can be crossed but not closed below, if price is going higher
then price is closing higher, time will bring price / x pips = time, there are many higher highs but only one highest high, etc.

Ideas are at work on several tf's at the same time.

And the higher the time frame the bigger the move away from S&R once there has been a rejection... Don't tell me you never saw this coming...:P

Hi MO is this somehow similar to what you look for when you analyse through diffrent time units ? also do you combine candles for such time frames or you do that on low tf (hours) only ? thanks for the anwser

I'll answer the other questions later on today.
