Good luck guys with your trading hope for you fortune be better.

don't do that

learning to trade takes some time it rarely just happens for someone over night

if you don't see what we are doing then do what tro is doing or dxchappy is doing

there are tons of other ways to do this----- this is not the only way

how did you take "a big hit"--- what was your stop, what % of your account was the stop based on

post up your charts and lets see what happened

i am going to be in and out most of the day--- but if you want to post them i will look at them at some point today
Bend over and assume the position for another 4 years of hope and change.

es/pip, I tried TRO DTB method but scalping for 5 pips with huge drawdowns didn't work for me, and his other way are totally mystical for me. He's just dropping screenshot and expect everyone to understand what he is doing.

Here's mine chart. I guess it was my mistake but I was looking at bigge rpicture daily and I was aiming for longerterm trade for about 200 pips

Thanks es/pip for your entries & exits explanation on the GBPUSD trade. I caught the first one, but missed out getting in a second time for the big move down.

In hindsight it was a beauty as it was also off the D1 ZLine, I just need to fine tune the entries and also not to be afraid of re-entering.

Your detailed charts with entries & exits helps loads.

Thanks.

Hold on Lukx,
I know what you're feeling. I'm on that side of the line as well. I've lost a significant amount of money learning this thing... it's been 1.5 yrs and it is almost sinking in. Wont rest until I recover all my losses and I know I will do that, that is my first target.

Remember that the most successful of the traders in this forum have had some prior experience, and also the vast majority have passed through this devastating stage.

I do hope to be in the other side of the line soon, but is a matter of patience and hard work and discipline. You don't have to be in the market always, is not mandatory... (I did that before). Try to be extremely selective before hitting the trigger.

What job out there can pay you thousands a day? Extremely hard/impossible to get right? It is possible by trading, so we need to push harder to be able to do so.

Don't give up my friend!!!!!!

Lukx,

I just want to be clear, on the 1 hour, your entry was long around 4620 and your stop was around 4560? So it was a stop of about 60 pips???

Isn't the SL below Momentum bar a good place?

Or at least if the candle closes below the MOMO bar, should close the position.

I am still learning and demoing.

Great job espip,
Damn... you're always on the screen when there's good action. What's your secret/advice to do so?

Really, you mentioned you have an idea of when there's going to be action. and as sitting in front of the PC for hours is extremely boring, not to mention need sleep time, I wonder how you determine to stay up during London or not to miss a particular session? Please give your hints or unveil the secret :)

Thanks

lukx

If the above trade just wiped you out, please tell me were you trading a demo account, a mini account or a regular account?

You are as of right now suspended from trading any real money until you trade and earn 1000 pips in 200 trades. I learned this from MO. I learned from Forest Gump that stupid does what stupid is so Stop trading money. Take a break for as long as you need. You gotta go back to kindergarten; you can sit next to me in the back row if you like. Hey man, I've lost more than you ever did. So what?

If you can't make profit in demo for 200 trades, what makes you think you will do any better with real dinero on the line?

You back row buddy,

Just took a GBP/USD short M15

I felt it was going to bounce at 1.6411 so I bailed with
about 30 pips so 40 pips on the day 6%.
