Im starting to catch on not everyone is a perfect win but I think with using the M5 candle close against me I can get out of a not so good situation.

9 times out of 10 if you are correct then the trade will move your way quickly.

9 times out of 10 (if you use the m5 close against you) you will not take a full stop.

otherwise what is your exit strat if the trade doesn't go your way----- your stop? why not reduce your exposure and look to get out on a 5 min close against you.

Hi guys
I have been trying to follow this thread now.. off and on now for a little while..I like the whole concept but my brain is just not getting the zline concept. I went back and starting reading from page 1 and i'm at 250 and its starting with the zline..well..i'm stuck..can't go any farther till i have a handle on the zline. You guys seem to have no problem seeing it. Is it just momentum going thru res/supp and then coming back? I'm sorry, I try to be smarter than I look but sometimes I just can't pull it off..
I would really appreciate your help..Thanks

Hi Lisa, Here is a picture for you. It is a daily chart with custom candle 3 days on it. The three days represent "THE BIG PICTURE" The daily candles are there for you to decide if you take the trade or not.

1. First you need to do is identify momo. Drawn by the elipse on the customcandle.
2. Then you can start marking momo from the half till the low of the custom candle. There are no wicks on the customcandle, so only mark the low of the colored boxes.
3. Now you have to observe. The closer you come to one of your marking lines the more interesting it is to take that trade. Why? Because you take it on the best price available and you can do it with a tiny SL.
I hope this helps.

What you see is there on every tmf. Big picture is the boss (highest tmf) That's the place where everything start for the tmf you choose to trade off. I choose D1, H4, H1

Silently reading the Zlines concept, learning, trying to see it for myself. This is the result of my observations so far....
es/pip, MO, or anybody using the Zlines on a real account please comment.

Once price reaches the Zline /area, do we need to wait for price start reversing/ to be wicked/ search for reverse opportunities on a smaller timeframe?
to avoid going against momo, not to be crushed by a train?

Or do some enter regardless of....

Yes, it is exciting. October will be the month when I started trading live a year ago. So far.... move up 10%, move down 10%. 2 steps forward, two steps back. 3 times.... same mistake...
I want to progress, I spent SO MUCH time reading trying etc.... that I will not give up until I make the market work FOR ME!
