The 13th candle back closed long above the line. I took the trade long (buy) at 2683x and closed at 2687x for +4.2 pips. Is that according to rules?
Thanks,

:) I was looking at the blue line...

Since it is a 1m chart you only need 0.3333 pips (according to the rules).

Careful though, just taking trades because they tag the other side of line will get you whip-sawed.

What was your plan for exiting had price moved against you?

Remember, higher LOWS mean price moving up and lower HIGHS means price moving down.

I made a multimeter to display the count. I had done this in TradeStation years ago.

Tro, can I ask how the "mindhero" indicator works out it's signals (red/green arrows)?

I know you don't like crutches but,
Did you make a TRO_version with additional add-on's. I've got the RK version with the rubber ducky squeaks.

The main thing it does for me is continually remind me that I could actually get into a trade and ride for a while without getting jumpy. It also show's me that some trades need to be stopped out quickly.

MightyOne,
Looking at the line chart......I felt that it was close to the top of the wave. I figured that I would stop out quickly if it began to retrace the candle to form a wick. -5pips max. Wasn't gonna wait for one to close being it seemed to be ranging. Just looking for a quick pip or two. As you said .3333 was all that was needed. Will try a 5m candle tomorrow.
This is definitely a mind game.

Are you talking about mindhero?.. Whats RK?

If you are talking about mindhero then no, as far as I know there is no "TRO_xx" version.. just "mindhero"

I just want to know what it's basing its signals on. It's like a blind man about to cross the road, only he doesn't know whether or not his guide dog has been properly trained or not. lol

The RK version is in the newbie thread with the mindhero. It makes rubber ducky sounds when a new arrow pops up. You can set the alert to how many times you want it to signal.

I did NOT write mindhero so I don't know.

I just called it from a multimeter front end.
