PS: what happened to every one? It would be nice if more people started posting...at least 1 post every other day would be nice

PPS: I think this template covers every thing shown on your recent charts.

PPPS: waiting for Monday has to be more painful than childbirth...I am going to ask my mother

MightOne, there's an input in the multimeters to turn off the heading. So you can have the candle color show the heading and the pivot to not show it.

SUBJECT HERE

So why the USDCHF over the EURGBP which has a higher tick value you say?
The USDCHF had 70 pips more movement!

Movement = trading opportunities = money (Learned that from TRO just not in those exact words)

The pair made 19 ticks less, but offered many more scalping opportunities!

Dragon MM Question:

I read some where that dragon uses a 50 pip catastrophic stop loss, but exits mentally at -20.
Looking at the range stats I see that, if I use a 40 pip stop on the EURJPY that it should not get hit ~93.4% of the time before I can exit mentally.

So my question is weather or not you use 5% for your risk setting when it is likely to be 3.2 to 6.8%

THE GAP TRADE

Postby MightyOne » Mon Dec 22, 2008 1:46 am

TRO, how does the gap trade that you have been talking about recently work?
Do you trade to fill the gap after the open?

How does the gap trade work?

If the price on Sun/Mon opens below Friday's close, price will usually go up to fill that gap.

If the price on Sun/Mon opens above Friday's close, price will usually go down to fill that gap.
