If you like beta testing sign up for MultiCharts...

in 2-3 years that platform might get there.

But there is a long way off...

Oli,

It depends what one wants a platform/software to do. For me MultiCharts in its present form is very, very satisfactory.

But this is, of course, not yet a TradeStation.

Therefore, one may go for the 30 day trial and find out.

Khalid

Where did Traderxman go?

Is he still going to post his versions of TRO's indicators? I like the look and feel of them.

I have alot on my plate this evening...but I will deliver these indicators along with some explanation on how to use...I can only use them for 2 hours per day...the rest of you can use them while I am at the gym.

Will be back!

I have to say that MC has great potential but there are way to many bugs for a release version. The over all 'feel' is slow, clunky and unstable. Unless they really go to work on slicking things up I fear they will have a failure on there hands. For programming type stuff go Neoticker for a wealth of already built in tools and excelent drawing stuff go Ensign.

Wud have to agree now...it is useless...after my testing things looked great but then...looks like a bunch of trader flunkies trying to program.

Although my reference on this product was genuine at the time...it was a wash. Their Metaserver product is also a terrible piece of work.

Learning every day.

Still have my TS8 and never traded with anything other than that, I look at things from time to time though... :)

My big disappointment is not the couple of hundred bucks (trivial) but the huge amount of time I have spent testing, submitting bug reports and giving detailed feedback on usability improvements. I was very excited by the potential, who wouldn't be, a grown up programmable platform (I was thinking NeoTicker) that would compile ELD's natively, how cool does that sound?

I have witnessed software projects that are 'out of control' and this sadly has all the hallmarks.

Cheers.

Does anyone has experience with this platform ? It seems that they will offer Automated FX Trading soon with FXCM.

Any Comments?
