This actually works - well, for me, anyway.

I love coffee, however my baseline tolerance is not fixed - it is fluid, adjusts itself depending on how much sleep or food I have had and so, inevitably (especially if I am catching up with long-lost friends etc) I will cross that invisible line from time to time and pay the price...with exactly the same symptoms MO listed, except with the addition of sinus flare-ups, which in turn lead to tension headaches / neck pain.

Usually I just suffered it and treated myself with litres of water and ant-acids but that never really killed the underlying headache.

I then came across some of MO's ''health'' posts - including this one - and bazinga! Miracle cure. Well, maybe not a miracle but I sure feel the relief!
