Soon I will go to live account and I decided that I will use buy zone. I know that trading is boring and there are no fun. Sometimes I will show my results.
Now I just want to show you how the buy zone works. I will use daily, London and American Buy zones, also I will trade Daily, monthly and weekly buy zones.

My early background is in playing pro-sports (American Football and Sport Climbing) and I found transferring the psychological mind sets used there to transfer very well over into trading.

Some of that ability will come naturally from your base personality, not really trainable, you either have it or you don't, however there for sure are major aspects that can be book-learned and trainable.

The original Sky Cycling Team work on incremental improvements is very useful and I'd suggest building from there.

At the other end of the scale, Ant Middleton's books - especially the newest, "Zero Negativity" - can help build positivity and please do not underestimate the power of banishing negativity, where the mind leads, the body follows.

I can't to trade on futures. I have only forex account.
