It is all about lines.

Believe i tried so many systems in the past and none of them works as simple as using horizontal lines.

If price does not close behind the line you have your way.

If you can not do what MO try to show then you have to cut it in pieces like i do. Just try it with small pipvalue and evaluate for three month using excell or something.

After three months you know what you are doing and then do it with higher pipvalue.

erika_bb wrote:Hi Guys!!

i found this forum from reading TRO's posts on babypips and im now trading a demo account. i want to learn the way dragon trades and here is my plan. let me know some feedback :smt007

- I will look at the H4 Sema and trade away from a 1, 2, 3 sema

- trade with H1 color

- enter on the m15 with rat entry

but i also have a few questions for dragon.

am i waiting for the H4 candle with the sema to close before doing any trading for confirmation?

how to use zl as entry with rat as u mentioned earlier? wait for momo (momentum) candle then enter on high/low of momo candle with rat? b/c seems that its safer to see momo confirm rather than just using rat

thanks for this thread!!

It is always about a closed candle. How does it close against historie. What is the size of the body and so on! Keep asking this questions over and over again.
Trading against H4 is targeting previous H4 50% or further.
Trading with H4 is trying to close behind previous High or at the end of a bar.

Price closed over a line that you believed to be support and that is the first indication that something is WRONG-MO

There is hope for everyone who can observe!

There is hope for everyone who believes what they lost in the past they can win in the future

There is hope for everyone who stick to one method untill they understand what they are doing

There is hope for everyone who trade what they see and not what they think

Once you start feeling comfortable in what you do that's no hope you are becoming a trader
