Didn't trade this, but trades like these are in my plan.

Hi PTG,
Contrary to to JESGPY and es/pip going long,

by, 'scary stuff' (that others won't do),

I assume you mean your aim would have been to look for the short, despite the violent rise in price; as it looked like
  • a potential double top was forming?
  • looked like it was heading into an area of previous overwhelming supply Mark-07_Smile ?
I feel like one of us is impersonating Sam Seiden, lol. :P

I have heard that name before indeed

The answer is option 2. Option 1 is a consequence of option 2.

Hi PTG/Humble,
I don't follow, how does Asia undermine the grand scheme?

Thanks,
Krane

They are not under control of these OWG types; they have no influence there. The grand scheme is the scheme of the OWG types, but they don't cover Asia.

Anyone with horror stories like this or does this almost never happen (esp. with mbt)?

I had another similar xp in the past with DBFX, price zoomed past me and I tried closing and closing and was down about 60 pips before it actually did. But that is a bucketshop so not surprised it did that.

Anyway, trading is hard enough without this crap to go through :(

They have a Clearly Erroneous Trade policy (or something along those lines). I was on the short end of that beginning of the year, because I didn't know and I took my own measures which turned out against me. I suppose you should be on the long end of it. But then what do I know

If you can't find it on their site, PM me your email and I'll send you some info.

yes i would take that trade

I don't see the basis for taking this trade according to Zline rules.

The only basis I am seeing is that of Old Resistance becoming New Support...

Anyone care to explain this one?
(its the EJ trade, the 2nd one from the post above.)

It is more of the same in my book. Old R became new S, hence price bounced off, hence price didn't close lower than the old H1 high. If it would have closed lower then that R --> S line, it would have been invalidated.

H4 MOMO up, H1 MOMO down

Postby TygerKrane » Wed Jul 21, 2010 10:43 pm

Just comparing some price action; in the last 5 days two people had questions about H4 MOMO up followed by H1 MOMO down and how to trade it. I thought it would make an interesting observation.

JESGPY, do you know that the H4 Custom Candles on your H1 chart don't match up to the H4 Custom Candles on your M15 chart??

Tygs,
you can see on the chart with the CC's that the last h4 of the week is actually h3, the CC indi just counts 4 h1 bars, so its h4 includes the first h1 of the next week, wheras the candles-m-candles uses the chart h4.

what PTG said

it was just r becomes s

in theory it is also a ZL because there was held profit there

but more of just s/r and price not closing below it

edit-------------------------

just realized we were not talking about my trade---- i posted a chart somewhere of my trade on that one
Bend over and assume the position for another 4 years of hope and change.

Forum has been quite for two days. For me I haven't found any decent entries. Have had many BE-s and small gains/losses. How about you guys ?
