HaHA

If you made 25% of what they did you would be rich inside of 2 years
starting with a few $100 bills.

You have to think about money like it is potting soil and go for it. From
what I can see Dragon and ES/PIP still think about it being money, at least
in the back of their mind.

Don't know about MightyOne he is still a mystery.
I figure he has plenty of money
Seems he calculates risk to minimize it as much as possible
Likes to use other people's money to reach his goals
Folds on weak hands and plays aggresive for the big pots
Says that people don't need sextillion dollars.

Alias,
I've been thinking about your potting soil statement and telling everyone I see.

But I've come to a personal conclusion based on something M.O. said:
paraphrased.
"If you know where your going then you will make it to where your trying to get". Something like that.

What I'm trying to say is we should not even be thinking about the money.
The chart is the road map, I have plotted point A to point B.
If that is the only focus, We can make it there easily.

As Chris says: You don't think about the medals that will be hanging around your neck, or the women that you'll have at your side, or the money, or the fame , or.......YOU WILL LOSE THE RACE.

Focus on the task, Not the outcome!!!

If every trade was nothing more, nothing less than point A to B,
I could walk, fly, jump, skip, hop, whatever.
And the target would be hit.

Now, which way is B again?
It sure wasn't up today.
;)

Wish I could take credit for the "potting soil" reference bro!

That one was MightyOne of course.

Yeah, one caveat,
Thinking about pips, is just like thinking about money$$.
Thinking about Winning, is just like thinking about money$$.

Focusing on B?
BLISS.

Yes, that did happen in a couple trades today when tp's were hit.

None of it is actually thinking about money is it?
ONe thinks about pips, dollars, collecting rocks, for what they are.

When I think about "x" pips :
I think about winning
I think about cruises
I think about a new Cadillac Escalade Platinum
I think about not spending another day at a J.O.B.
I think about paying more TAXES! (Well not so much) :)

To reach great heights in trading you must be able to dis-associate that
relationship and not only think that your prize is potting soil, but that you
get nothing from the experience other than the joy of playing the game.
Trade Your Way as Long as It Makes Money!

Braathen, your pics no longer show up. Did you delete them on tinypic or what?

Anyway.. been working on improving my trading and something kept

A to B baby!

"Hopefully this will not result in another year of people searching but not finding success. "

Imo you said it yourself.. its hard to learn in a forum.. other than that most people that come here are searching for fast money... they are not prepared (like i was not prepared). Imo it takes more time for the wannabe trader to convert his mindset then learn to trade

Very nice trade Vane, you're beating it.
Why you decide to stay away for some time? I like to see your progress in so little time. It is an inspiration for many of us.

Thank you alias,
I agree on what you say. I remained because resistance was holding on and playing with H1. M5 was for entry only. I was expecting price to plummet down after that period.

Had this fkn trade wich ended in a loss of 25 pips.
I didn't close it before as it happens to me 90% of the time that when I do so, the sucker just moves in my direction. In this case I decided to leave it to hit take profit or stop loss.

Please comment.

Starting with your entry candle tell your self a little story for each candle
that forms.

Entry candle: not bad, not great still has short potential
Entry+1: Long wick on bull candle has bull bias
Entry+2: Shaping up not convinced
Entry+3: Time to bail
Entry+4: Time to bail

They are all valid targets.
Most likely it will at least to go target 1. Maybe target 2

Highly unlikely to go to target 3

Ty for the answer man, im pretty positive
about this trade, look, the D1 just make
a MOMO, maybe i can get an entrie again,
to massive pips 8)
