based on what you set you custom candle where it;s starts? On MO charts it's 20:00. I should set it at gmt 00 time or my 00 broker time?

If I were at your computer I would combine candles based on your data.

MO advocates that you move the custom candles to see different perspectives and find the best one. But I make it easier on myself for now to use the versions other than blubbb's since i don't need to adjust it. Just set to 60 or 240 depending if you want to see H1 or H4 candles.

Our friend bredin has a custom candle based on MO and blubbb's ideas that you may want to look at:

Bredin

it is called II_CC

The version that I use is called custom candles or custom candles TRO modified. Also Bredin has made one but you have to set the candles like in Blubbbs.
