wow, this days we see again why trading with sl (or hedging) is a must... Just imagine all the poor guys siting on GU long and waiting for the hole account to blow up.

Yesterday and today there was so much money lost and won in such a short time...

Im a small winner at the moment :-)

Lukx, are you still struggling with this stuff? I'm not trying to be a**hole but surprised you've not there yet after all this time. Look at my analysis and see if that helps you, maybe ES or dragon can correct or add more stuff

BTW, I'm always trading with trend of the LTF

Nice Pablo, thats how i began to understand
MOMO, drawing boxes, and if the cndles inside
the box looks "ugly" i just dont trade, now i don't
even have to draw the boxes =)

bacoazul, can you explain a bit how "pretty" candles inside do box looks to you and how "ugly" ones? some screen shots of those pretty and ugly example would be awesome :) pretty please :)

FXfreak wrote:dragon, how do you manage your exits? do you have an exit marked before you enter a trade or do you wait how the trade will develop?

i'm often in a trade which is plus 30 but then market comes back and i'm only +5 which is psychologically hard to handle....when i look at your screenshots you often have positions longer than an hour or two and you hold positions although there are heavy pullbacks...

so do you set tp, sl and turn off the screen? or do have an average time for holding positions? just curious how you handle your emotions... ;-)

First of all i got another 200 pips today couldn't left them on the table. This is addicting.
Holding a trade is hard to tell, it depends on your entry and from which extreme you got in. This is why the different frames are important. I don't hold as long trading the M15 as when i can get in from an H4 chart.

It is like MO says liquidate at the end of a big bar in the frame you are trading. So i if you trade the H4 yes then you can have a big retrace on M15 but you are still trading the H4.

Hope you understad, there are some things i want to say but with the language barrier i can't.

Trading is like cycling, first you need to learn how.

i can trade and win by looking at the tick chart only... there is so much fear/vola that you can just look and catch the directional movements...
