Dragon:

What time did you draw the bottom white line? Maybe you could mark the right most candle that was visible when you drew it.

I am wondering how much time had passed between drawing the line and entering the first trade.

the funny thing about that

that is a good 5 years for a lot of traders

and you did it in a day

:D

Sounds crazy but i'm amazed myself. Normally i have done my trading after reaching about 100 pips/day on my pairs.

Today was really fun, i was very focused and just trading of my laptop in my garden while i was sitting in the sun drinking lots of beer. Lol maybe the beer do the trick
Hi All,
I read the NLA thread and towards the end it has sort of petered out to jus a few posts now and again,i have started reading this thread,im upto p 55 and dragons explanation of how to enter, and i check this end of the thread and find dragon having such a fantastic day-congrats.....

I also like to thank tro,mo,es/pips and all the contributers to that great epic that is the NLA thread......

Dragon just wondering if im starting to put Zlines into practice, the way you have shown on p 55 of this thread should be ok follow as a starting point? and also would it be possible for your template....i find it easy on the old eyes....

Once i can learn to take screenshots and put them up i would like for you and es/pips and other seasoned pro's to mull over my charts please....

Since a few weeks i have decided to trade without stops. I have a mental hedge position 50 pips away from my entry. This means when price ran away 50 pips i have opposite orders open.

Since i am that confident in what i am doing i don't care and let it run for a few days and try to get out of the hedge It does not harm my account. If i can find the right point to close one position and buy or sell at the same point in the right direction i just have to make just 25 pips to BE which is not that hard.

Did the same on gu today. 222 pips. Almost doubled my account today.

 I need to buy more beer

The first line i drawed today was the line numberd 1. Started watching gu around number 2. The white circle was the time i drawed the bottom lines white and black.

Same picture but analysis on the bigger frame

For the other question to IN-XS i still use the rat entry several times but sometimes i split my entry in two parts. Bottom with half the lotsize using limitorders the other half with rat entry.
I started doing that after i had noticed that my stoporders can be rejected and that way i missed good trades in the past. With limits i do not have any issues like slippage and rejeting orders.

Hey, a guy in the skype group just asked me if I've ever seen you "pro's" post live trades.

I said, Ummmm.

In my blog I post trades sometimes when I enter and then when I exit.
Maybe you guys could do the same a few times.
Check my blog, I posted my entry day before yesterday and then my exit with 130 pips yesterday.

Any takers?

Use slategray as background. aqua for the bullcandle and magenta for the bearcandle. that's it.

Under file in your left high corner there is an option to save your chart as a picture. To use it in the forums you have to upload it here http://tinypic.com/
