Screwed this trade up totally. Sold at BE

The spread after the NY market closes is awful.

Why wouldn't you? It is with higher tmf momentum!
Also price stopped at 0% of the candle on the left (the ones that dropped)

The small run up was the pullback and took more time to reach the same level as before. Time is important to understand the buying or selling power.

Sad i didn't hold longer because i could have double up in pips.

Dragon, I've a few questions:

1. "Also price stopped at 0% of the candle on the left (the ones that dropped)" --- Do you mean the close of the red H1 candle on the left?

2. "The small run up was the pullback and took more time to reach the same level as before." --- You mean the run up to this 15 min bar?

3. "Time is important to understand the buying or selling power." Any hard rules to follow or this is an experience thingy?

Hey Fxtraveller,
Can you please be more specific or post a chart about what you mean by "...Lukx, dont make the mistake I was making for a while with zlines. look for a zline on the past 3-5 candles. that is going with momentum "

Not sure if getting it clearly, or is as simple that I'm over complicating...

Cheers

U are going to buy whe its going down. the buy zone that u see- it might offer a retracement, not a reversal. stick to current h4 momo.

I just entered short and got out with 0 pips, PA was weird for bout 30 minutes, didnt like that, so got out. but it still went my way- down !!

I wold like to trade this much as well... however I wonder what would be your ideal setup in order to filter that many around the week?

Sometimes I feel the need to jump in, and that has caused me painful outcomes... reason why I need to learn to sit on my hands and learn that from others.

Fxtraveller wrote:if u are looking at GU right now, u might realise that its late :) its going going gone ! for now.

Id wait for H4 closure, then a substantial retracement, and yes, may be a sell. im not like abaseb, he does a lot of trades in 1 day. I do 3-4 a week, im very picky. see how price behaves when/if it retraces today.
If it starts shooting up like mad, i'll reconsider.

Lukx, great to have you around... I'm not posting frequently due job commitments (working is bad for trading and posting as you can tell). But I come back here to catch up.

For all those who though I quit, it ain't gonna happen :)

Few days ago I passed 30 so it's high time to make some money right ?! :)

Quick question: I'm still trying to figure out what happens when I got old mighty zones, shoudl I go with the most fresh one or old ones are also valid
