091109-600 trade:
Short @ 1.66148, exit @ 1.66143
Very poor order execution. Missed first entry again and waited for the price to retrace back to the sell zone.
Trailed stops but was not quick enough to lock in at least 2 pips, as price was moving rather quick.
Total pips = 0.3

Overall, I am not happy with how I am performing at the moment, as I always seem to be placing my stops at the wrong area. As of now for instance, GBPUSD is going south and I'm already out. I am still finding the right balance between locking in profits and setting my stop correctly without chasing the price, or letting the price move away from my direction.
My initial principle was that if the price was going against my direction, then I do not wait - I go out. There's no reason to leave it to chance. However it has already occurred a couple of times that I missed the turnaround by 1 or 2 pips only.
One thing I am proud though (and this is really a big deal for me ) is that I never lowered my stop loss. On the contrary, I always try to move them to a profitable stop.
Anyway I will have to meditate further on my techniques

Believe it or not, you are doing great. Keep doing what you are doing. Discipline comes very slowly at times and you are valiantly moving through it. The biggest battle we each must face to win, is ourselves.

Right now the key is not the pips, but the habits you a re establishing for the first time, and first times come hard.
