Could you explain more these red lines, please? Why did you put them in this place?

That are containing 2+ closes in a tight area.
Put on EIGHTS indi and look for price closing two times (or more) between a few lines, then price will make a close below or above. Trade in that direction when the pullback occurs.

It's simple! Using the Doji's method (close over extremes) you'll find the same entries, it's your choice.

Mira, would u mind sharing this indicator marking momentum candles (close over extreme of prev candle)?
im going back to school, re reading recent posts in Doji`s thread. Either i make some proper trading plan and some rules and then Stick to it or its just makes no sense.
How hard could it be sticking to ur own rules?:)
you got 2 slow it down
and then u pick it up - PF

still not confident about placing and acting on HTF lines. It often creates the directional bias in my mind causing me to enter early after thinking - price is not coming back, quick, enter:) or being stubborn in this direction regardless of PA.

I ve being looking at some tools that would help me discipline myself. Momentum and the box now.

Makes me lough when i recall MO`s teaching and then compare it to what i do:)
- Position
- MM (mine is shocking or even non existent)

I'm gonna send you the indi this evening!

Btw I know what you mean, I had the same problems but they all was created by me
I think that if you're finding this method hard to trade, or if you are creating new "rules" to trade it, then you're just overcomplicating. Just try to look at it differently, SEE IT!

Choose the way that you like:

And then look at the box/are as a zone!
If you're above then just buy when price touches the zone, if it wicks below then you're still in.
Price is going down when it CLOSES below, and this is when you simply reverse the zone :D

Btw if you master EIGHTS/SPACE you could find your entries with a MA cross and make the same money

Thanks Mira, i found indi on Doji`s thread.

I can see the lines, i think. I think Its more about poor understanding of the market and price action/timing. What i mean i would enter the HTF reversal and take scalping profit or entering the scalp with HTF swing move expectations. Or trying to catch HTF reversal, expecting immediate move in desired direction.

I often cannot line up various TFs to see where we are and what to expect.

Nevermind though. It`ll come. I ought to focus on what i see first, work on MM and discipline

I just had a look at the GBPUSD, its diving right now, just returned to a HTF triangle pattern.

Beautiful trade, itll make up for recent losses, which i could have easily avoided.

Closed most at return to H1 pattern (red), looking at bottom line of H4 cone for the rest. Black line - former H4 resistance, would be nice if H1 candle closed below.

However looking at D1 and W1, its tempting to stay in and keep adding on a way down if this happens.

To keep things clear I always keep in mind the timeframe that I'm trading..
if I enter on a D1 and I monitor the trade on a H1 then I remember that I need to see a D1 to close over my zone (in direction of loss) before I can take the reversal.

TF that u trade - a timeframe which the idea comes from
Entry - the same as above or lower TF, this would be the TF with extreme and momentum

And then you go lower to monitor trade, however reversal is on the same TF as on entry TF

Do i understand u correctly?
