Maybe I’m understanding something.

MO was right, trying to hold into a trade is worthless at this stage.
The trade always starts from a pattern and ends with a breakout, and so on.

ATM I’m studying a way to send a push notification to my phone when a pair is around a price level and then I’d use my phone or my pc, if I have access to it, to decide if taking the trade or not.

The problem is that I’m struggling because I need a way to receive price levels signals in the most automated way, that’s not easy.

I can’t find it on the App Store
I’m looking for something similar but it’s full of crap.. it’s sad that a platform as MT4 is so limited, adding alerts in the app would be the best solution.

We can place price alerts in the fxtrade app by Oanda.
Very simple and it will give push notifications because once entered it is on their servers.
Just like trade sl/tp etc.

Yea I promised to myself that I’ll change broker and OANDA looks like a good choice.

Okay it’s not wonderful.. I’m starting to think that watching the markets every 4H is the only solution since I’d be waiting for a H4 close anyway

My idea was just filtering overbought and oversold pairs..

Indicators lag, alerts lag, everything lags. AHHHH!

If I can stick my nose in. Before you abandon all hope, use GU, UC, EG, AJ and AU. Go to H4. Use S+D.

See what happens.

(You will have plenty of time to scan any other pairs that catch your fancy as well).

The problem is that it’s a full moment, I have many “micro spaces” in my days but not the time to monitor the market on my pc with consistency.

Most of the times I have to trade from my phone, so I was looking for a way to receive some kind of alert when the market is in overbought or oversold conditions.
