PLEASE HELP

Postby dito042 » Fri Aug 21, 2009 11:27 am

Hi Avery or everyone else,

What the number 5 [D1 DFSR (5)] meas? Does it change; and if it does, what to do when it is 5 or less than that - what action to take? (indicator:TRO_DYNAMIC_FIBS_SR_day)

Also,

What do the three arrows - grey, red amd blue - all at the bottom right side of the chart under the blue support line are telling me? In some charts I only see one or two arrows (Just the red or the grey and the red). In such cases do I have to wait for the third arrow to show up before taking any action? And then, what action to take? (indicator:TRO_SupResHHLL)

Thanks for your support

The 5 means you are using 5 bars to calculate dynamic support/resistance. You can change it via the inputs.

The gray shows the bar where the calculations start.

The red shows the bar that made the resistance.

The blue shows the bar that made the support.

TRO

I have been reading MO's posts a good part of this evening that I've pasted into an excel spreadsheet.

All night I have been wondering what is the basis, as to why you put some of your indicators into the monthly Monterlodes (which is a lot) and others into the donational indicator category? Both of the groups are excellent and I find very helpful in my trading success.

Thanks,
Patch

The ones in the Motherlodes are usually basic methods and systems or ones that I have modified.

The Donational ones are my "state of the art" indicators.
