I took UJ for a ride south into the depths of the lower DWZ late this afternoon. I've seen this type of (steamroller) price action before on the H1, and I've been on the wrong side of it plenty of times trying to catch the bottom of a move. This time however I recognized it and got it right

Glad the S+D is working for you. One of the interesting things you'll come across which has relevance to your comment about getting caught in front of freight trains, is that you'll start to see situations that in every other way would have told you it was a good set up (for a reversal for instance) but there is no S or D Zone. Those set ups more often than not will fail.
