Is this the bottom for GU this week?

theoretical entry at marked candle, green dashed lines are S&R.

edit: not the same CC as my earlier pics, I had to move them to find the S&R as MO described on page 1.... 2 Fat Cats and a Wick Doll, if I understand correctly ;)

No mine was GU also and I was thinking that was the bottom of it aswell, hence why I closed my previous trade and at the moment it does seem to have changed direction. CC closing higher now.

We could be sitting in a "fat cat" area at the moment. I might wait for it to settle a bit and then look for an entry long. Wish I knew when we are in a fat cat area and not just guess!

Lets see if we get a close across S&R to be sure :)

I was also wondering exactly where the bottom would be, I can see a FatCat S&R on the D3 chart, about a year old roughly at 1.45345 (where price is now)... I dont know of this counts as a probable S&R rejection place for the D1 candle to reverse from....

I can see that you might take a few small hits finding that extreme.

Gotta go to bed now, weve got a full day saturday (tomorrow), but will see if I can get up again in a few hours to check progress.... and if MO is pointing and laughing at my efforts

Yeah it does seem to be bumping into some on H4, where I placed the white line. This could be a possible reverse?!

Retraction: I don't think hedging belongs in this strategy even in STFs.

Got a nice +50 on this trade. Entered on the wick where the white arrow is. This was based on the CC closing higher and I was catching the pullback, closed out at the target 2 line, as it seemed to look like good S&R.

This is my attempt at blind mouse using STFs. I know that was not suggested by MO but I tried anyway. Worked out for 58 pips even though I got in way too late. :)

There were wicks in the initial S&R area that I could have used for entry.
