Hehe, first of all I wish U and all the folks here Merry Xmas and funny whole new year.

Your sheet pushed me to start read the thread again and I dont understand one thing. Why to add later? Why not use initial limit order like this:

3 p. x 64 lots
6 p. x 32 lots
12 p. x 16 lots
24 p. x 8 lots
48 p. x 4 lots
96 p. x 2 lots
192 p. x 1 lot

7 positions and result is the same I guess...

Sorry if I post the same question somebody asked before. The thread became too large and I finished 2nd bottle of Chardonnay
:D

Or another version...to reduce risk (but profit is almost the same):

3 p. x 32 lots
6 p. x 16 lots
12 p. x 8 lots
24 p. x 4 lots
48 p. x 2 lots
96 p. x 1 lots
192 p. x 1 lot

32 and 64...hmm it reminds me something!

ok...

With 1 lot you can only do 1 thing when price moves against you and that is 1/0. Since 1/0 does not restore pips it is a worthless play; you might as well set a small stop loss because that is what you would be doing here anyways.

2 lots restores way too many pips and leaves you with the stop loss play...again worthless.

NEVER start with fewer than 3 lots!

I'd say more but I am really tired from: dinner, cookies, beer, and Backgammon.

I think it is going to be an essential tool for me at some point. So thank you for this contribution (among the many others).
