When I am trading it just looks like this:

1. Trade off of the Daily+ High/low

2. Take a trade with custom candle color (CCC)

3. Did price cross S&R?

4. Place an average beyond S&R.

It doesn't matter where price is right now, if the average can rest over the S&R I will take an entry.

5. The moment I want to exit I will liquidate at the small TF extreme (which will also be the high TF extreme).

6. If you are long and the highest price after your entry is not a daily+ extreme then read through this list again.

Careful that price doesn't go anywhere near your average after doubling your position

This is what I'm referring to. When MO says average in beyond S/R, in a short example, it looks to me like he means beyond = below.

yes

it is impossible to short above where you want to put your avg based on s/r

you short below s/r to put your avg above it

its impossible any other way

for a long

you buy above s/r to put your avg below it

Thanks for pointing out what I was missing. I wasn't paying attention to the unlabeled green dotted and dashed lines. I was focused on the 1u lines, the first as entry and the second as another and so forth. Cheers,

Commentary: Gained 58 pips on initial entry. Tried to set average and played it too close to S&R line and got stopped out. I need to set average much further away than what I have been doing. I think it partly had to do with the S&R line 2, which I believe was mis-drawn.

Edit: I don't think I should post trade that I think I would have taken.

Price came back to my 2U average and stopped me out. Me = very much a work-in-progress.

Bredin, seeing as your following the AJ, can you tell me am I right in thinking that there's FCSR just formed at the bottom there on the 15 min?

Image

So the close over after the close under has formed a zline....?

As I understand it, YES that is FCSR on that chart you have extreme-close under-close over, assuming that H1 candle closes above the extreme...

Im laughing at the couple of hundred pips I could have had on EJ today, if Id traded the way I usually do, instead Im down a couple of hundred trying to get these entries/stops right

GU stopped out by about 5 pips, hasnt been near there since :)
EJ bouncing between S+R, and looking like its toying with me...

at least the rule i imposed about 10c pips is doing its job....

I'll post images of the road crash later...
