Thanks for that. I see what your looking in your setup. One question you mention same size candles. Is that important?

or is ot just reference to help me see candles your talking about?

Yes I think so. They can indicate a change in direction. Dragon mentioned it in the zline thread. This coupled with HTF direction I believed is powerful.

Yes movement in one direction then equal movement in opposite direction which is in confluence with your higher timeframe analysis i.e. when this occurs in a H4 mighty zone or whatever you deem to be an area of interest according to your own rules.

I wouldn't necessarily call them double tops and bottoms

bettlebox wrote:Thanks Pro i see now. Price made strong movement in one direction then equal and opposite movement in other direction. Suppose they called double tops and bottoms?

I would say so yes. This occurs at a H4 50% on my chart so that definately looks like a go to me.

You then have the same size 15m candles, price fails to close below the 50% of those and the next candle closes higher. The close of that big green 15m leaving the same size 15m's looks like a good entry to me and you can see the result.

There's H1 zline to target or H1 open and close higher up.

Shame I wasn't at the charts today. I see you got some pips though

Dragon quote.

The zone is there to tell you maybe it is time to go short. But before that you need to see some momentum building up. If there is no momo price will continue running up.
The momo on some tmf is still the most important there is to make the trade.

If you only see a 15min momo out the zone take profits quicker. target previous 15min or hourly momos

If you see 1hour and 15min momo go for you hour and 4hr targets.

So its ok to take 15min momos out of zone on its own, just make sure you not overly unrealistic with take profit targets.

Maybe someone *cough* pro can answer this.

Lets say:
Im on 4hr chart, price is running, yellow 3 forms and reverse candle colour appears next 4hour candle. Heading back to 4hr Mightyzone

Then i drop down to the 1hour, looking for a 1hr MoMo as confirmation that yellow 3 has a higher probability of holding?

Thanks

To Pro or anyone,

Do you guys used MO's Blind mouse strategy to pick your entries on Zlines and MoMo?
