TRO, what if you are waiting for a reversal after a 15min breakout bar and the price opens below the trigger for a short or above the trigger for a long?

I have attached a chart showing what I mean: Breakout bar closed so I was looking to reverse. However price opened below the trigger. Does this mean that opportunity was missed?

I enjoyed reading this thread but seems like it died off; is there another that continues to follow and expand on this trading method?
