Thinking some more......

I believe major trends, market moves, etc. are based on fundamentals.
What information is out there and what does the bulk of the "big money"
believe price should be.

So, "big money" votes most likely on big timeframes.

Then there are minor trends or trends within the major trends. The players
in here are probably using short term "news" and techincals to make
decisions. They have free reign within the supply and demand levels of
the "big Money".

Then there is micro trends or trends within minor trends. The traders in
this arena have free reign within the major trend players' supply and
demand levels.

Ok maybe oversimplified but it is how I envision what is going on. I did
not believe in trends until I had this vision :)

If you study hard you can catch when the micro, minor, and major trends
are about to be in confluence and make killer moves.

I think this is what MightyOne has wanted us to SEE.

What do the high timeframes tell you?

How can you enter on the smaller timeframe with low risk and high
potential?

Currently I don't trade like that. I am a scapler(m5,m15), but I have to
look to the future. :D

Behavior modification without doubt is the key to trading success. Not only in how we think but also how we act in certain situations.- POP

Personally I have been working on this aspect in trading. Originally I
tried to figure out how to circumvent my mental limitations. Then I
realized that I needed to attack them head on and be in control. It is an on
going process.

Yes Sir! Only E/U live

I do trade other pairs on demo for long term practice.

But, with liquidity as I have seen I may not need to do any long term
trading.

Focusing on being consistent with 100+ pips a week. :)

Which is all I ever need.

I have noticed that food has has some effect on mind. Some foods make it psychologically hard to grasp new things and change behavior. Worst culprit is the monosodium glutamate in foods. It degenerates our intelligence and makes it harder to understand concepts. Other categories are wheat and soy (glutamate rich).

monosodium glutamate must be the reason I feel my brain melting and
draining through my ears. I went from genius to Neanderthal.

It does make sense that food has psychological effects. Have you ate
those crazy cactus or mushrooms?

Yes. For me it's brilliant. My understanding:

A zero sum gain. Most traders lose.
Assume your trade is going to be a losing one, until it proves itself correct.
If it doesn't prove itself correct close the trade, do not wait for the trade to be proven incorrect. ie by hitting your stop loss.

This helps solve a multitude of trading problems that arise, as covered in the book.

When I think about it, this is like the way es/pip trades. Trade to zero out other traders profits, but when a bar closes against you, get out.
Is price closing higher or lower than something? Simple yet powerful question. ..MO

No I haven't but I have heard that some of those mushrooms make your mind go to heaven however mistaking with the mushroom could make your whole body go to heaven. lol. Aajonous Vonderplaintz who is a raw food (raw meat) healer mistakenly ate wrong mushroom which destroyed 90% of his liver. Fortunately he recovered and got healthy with raw meat. Actually his whole story is quite interesting.
