According to pipEASY all the candles with ovals on them are flying buddhas = FB's. They don't get my attention until they look like the last one. Small 10 pip stop; stopped once possibly twice, then the money maker. Decending wicks are tell, tell signs. Would still be in looking for the opposite setup to exit. This is what I see. Experimenting here. Longer term perspective.

Anyone have a link to a good explanation of what a flying buddha pattern is? I didn't pay enough attention when it was discussed earlier and now I can't get any good result searching this site or via Google. Thanks.

I knew about the link to the thread, but I thought there might be a more direct way of learning what a Flying Buddha pattern is. The thread is not worth reading to only learn the pattern, but it looks interesting enough to warrant reading regardless of whether it explains the fb. I'd still like to get a quick explanation of what the pattern is though.

A candle that has closed above/below the 5ema without any contact with it, wick or body. All the candles that I posted at the top of this page with gray ovals on them are FB's.
