Iron is an important mineral in the diet for cell growth, oxygen transport, DNA synthesis and for overall good health. But too much iron in the system can become toxic and cause a myriad of health problems.

have nothing against learning if someone has something to offer.

But all he had to offer was pissing on us for being stupid to follow a system that he "invented" years ago and then to tell us he would not share the system that uses to crush Rats daily. Who knows, maybe he has the best system in the world but he made clear that he wasn't going to share it.
