Can you elaborate on a situation when you would opt for a 10 pip trigger over the 5? I remember you stated that the trigger you opted to use depended on market conditions.

I am thinking that if a non breakout m15 candle that agrees with the h1 bias opens within 5 pips of support/resistance then a 5 pip trigger is used. However, if price opens past the 5 pip trigger but within 10 pips of support/resistance then a 10 pip trigger is used.
Is this what you meant by "market conditions"? Or perhaps you were referring to the trigger used being dependant on market volume?

How to trade the breakout correctly?

Postby Phil » Wed May 19, 2010 7:06 pm

Hi,
I´ve read a lot of good stuff around here but perhaps a little to much.
I´m a bit confused about how to trade the breakouts.

When the indicator first states ´Support-´ or ´Resistance-breakout´ is this the moment to enter the trade(s)?
And when entered, is there any ´fixed´ target whe´re aiming for? Or just take whatever we can?

I know one thing, that draining the banks is very addictive.
Guess if i can learn this correctly, my kids never have to become a member of the ´ratrace´ family...

Thanks.

different kinds of methods

Postby Phil » Thu May 20, 2010 5:38 am

Thanks Avery!
I just don´t know how to thank you for all your time and efforts you´ve put into this stuff, letting us all think and see the real stuff.

I will not claim that i´m able to see all things allready but it´s coming. Just have to react and let go off the false emotions.

But another question: Since there are so many methods you wrote, is there anything in particular you´re using the most of the time?
Or am i mistaken, and are DTB and the BuyZone two and the same?
My mind keeps telling me i can use them both but perhaps i´ve got to listen to my heart and stick with one method. Any advice?

And also when using DTB 8 or earlier should we upgrade to rev 9, in means that rev 9 would give better results?

Regards, Phil

Hi, I am Totally New to Forex Trading Period. I have Never Done any Real Trading Manually or Via EA'S or otherwise even though I do have more than enough Ea's to get me started! However, EVERYONE keep on telling me To learn it Manual, Learn It Manual, I SWEAR I WISH I COULD!! The Point That I am Obviously Trying To Make is Obviously In my eyes You fall Into The Category of a FOREX GURU. Just like a FEW other's who have helped me thus far along my journey on learning How to Build a Better Financial Future utilizing Forex. To Make A Long Story short I am Very Intrigued on learning to become a Student. I tried to Understand Your Post "NEVER LOOSE A TRADE AGAIN" but Im Still Kinda Lost? not that I don't understand it, I just don't know the simple stuff like what is a SEMAFOR?? And How Do I Successfully Program and Install .."The FREE MT4 version of TRO_DYNAMIC_FIBS_SR_Trail and 3_Level_ZZ_Semafor_TRO_MODIFIED_VERSION, including SOURCE CODE and chart templates, attached." How Do I learn How to Use it once I download it? How can I understand it!! Once I Download It and Install it? And Do I install it like I normally Would an EA?
