You trade in the present not in the past. Who cares about repainting?

Hi TRO,

My chart window is full of indicator that "blocking" my view, just wonder, is there anyway to put your "TRO MULTI METER" into a indicator window instead of the Chart window??

Example, if I drag the TRO_Multi_Meter_Snake, it will put on the indicator window, then I put another like TRO_Multi_Meter_BnB, it will auto "stack" below the Snake. Is it possible??

Btw, your indicator is great & very useful, thanks for the hardwork & sharing. :D

I am honored to be part of TRO group . As from my research, the Snake indicator repaints badly as mentioned by Ferrufx.
The SnakeForce previously discussed repaints at least the previous 6 bars!!!
Im wondering how does Winny or TRO trade(/confirm) with this indicator when it repaints badly.

Thanks :) :D :D :D

I visited some of the boards you mentioned, lots of people indeed talk about repainting issues in indicators. I really do not understand one bit of what they are saying. They are all searching for the holy grail, thats what I see, which of course does not exist in trading. Let me tell you this, I personally NEED and want it to repaint. If possible I want the indicator to follow price movements very close. I do understand that it is difficult to use as a trigger. But then if people want to use it that way (and still think they found the holy grail) then let them keep searching as they will not succeed by using this one.

Please forget about this snake for a moment, and go back to the basic setup that TRO outlined for trading the BuyZone. And use my words of wisdom ""only trade in that zone"". It does not matter what kind of indicatord you use as a trigger. You might as well want to use a standard Stochastic. Buy low, sell high, in the zone.

Use the chart shift to move the candles/bars to the left so you have room.

Auto Stack would be nice but it would require writing to/reading from memory and it could get tricky.

Not to mention, I would have to recode every MultiMeter to use that feature!!
