I would like to make an EA for the BZ, can you point me to a simple boolean strategy? I think it would be easy for me to code.

I have a basic one (NOT coded by Me), needs a few modifications i.e, open pending orders instead of market orders, only 2 orders per candle, and so on.

You could start by making the EA open short pending order at desired pip level, TP and Sl; the long pending order settings must be independent from the Shorts settings. ( orders set @ candle open), etc.

If You need more precise instructions, send me a PM.

Ill give to You, just share the finished product with who ever is interested.

Regards

Carlos

I try EURJPY and USDJPY and use the same settings as EURUSD but I got my best result with are with the later, probably just a psicological thing, because at the end BZ is the same principle for all pairs (price goes up or down, thats it)

A good friend of mine use GBPJPY, but with 20 pips trigger or so., and and hes quite profitable.

csbueno,

I quickly checked the code you posted, and basically the trigger I saw is entering a trade after a few pips movement on the Open of a candle. We could use 2 stop orders for both sides. Usually its an H1 candle and 4 pips.
Is that it?

Basically It is; just remember that when going long, the price that trigger the trade is ASK price, so when setting the long orders, besides the desired trigger, You should add the spread to really have the desired price movement trigger.

It Could be any candle. But H1 is fine as long it only trades at specific hours (multiple?)

C.

What makes traders go EA crazy?
IT'S NOT WHAT YOU TRADE, IT'S HOW YOU TRADE IT!

Please do NOT PM me with trading or coding questions, post them in a thread.
