Had a go with the EU 1h chart trying to capture what your showing.

Added some cones/pennants to see if i understood "2) differentiate between hooks and breakouts." correctly.

If we are talking about the angles, the cone lines can be the high, low, or middle of a pitchfork; but you don't always need that much information, here we can see what is high and what is low by simply looking at the cone. A lot of my trades lately have been trying to come back into cones or pennants.
E/U and U/C have been personal favourites.

Idea's that i train by:

Pump it full of blood.. then rip it apart

Example: chest.. flat bench with low reps high weight.. incline with medium reps and weight.. some drops sets on machines then rip it apart with a bunch of diffrent angle flies.

I use this mentality when summer is approaching.
