Re: The ideas that I trade by:
so both those lines are drawn as medians? If we are talking about the angles, the cone lines can be the high, low, or middle of a pitchfork; but you don't always need that much information, here we can see what is high and what is low by simply looking at the cone. Re: The ideas that I trade by:
Btw love the latest charts with cones.
A lot of my trades lately have been trying to come back into cones or pennants.
E/U and U/C have been personal favourites.

Re: The ideas that I trade by:
Idea's that i train by:
Pump it full of blood.. then rip it apart
Example: chest.. flat bench with low reps high weight.. incline with medium reps and weight.. some drops sets on machines then rip it apart with a bunch of diffrent angle flies.
I use this mentality when summer is approaching.

Re: The ideas that I trade by:
eddie hall DL'ing 465kg then jumping out on the monkey bars and whooping hannibal for king' ass is what i'd call absolut strength
On another note.. looking at the lift should it even have been green lighted? (yes even so it was an amazing display of pure power and mental toughness)

Re: The ideas that I trade by:
You dont have to reduce your unit size if you lose space. If from a 1000$ you make it to step 1 risking 1.5% you can lose 14 times in a row before you are back at 1000$. If you sit down and trade live and lose 14 times in a row you will learn something :D win win. If you find yourself in between ste...
