Re: Mr. D's Humble Quest in the Wick Land

Four strategies for Awesome Oscillator: 0-line cross, saucers, twin peaks, and trendline cross. The last seems very interesting as it gives a signal ahead of 0-line cross.

Re: Mr. D's Humble Quest in the Wick Land

What a great 1-2-3! Not sure what is TTE and where it is on the chart. Thank you. It would be helpful to read more about 123/TTE. Will look forward to your examples. You can see the pole on the UC worked out nicely. I also included the 4hr chart so you could see my longer term reason to be in it. It...

Re: Mr. D's Humble Quest in the Wick Land

Good day!

With all the talk about Z-lines, curious when do you know that z-line trade failed? At the top of the momo? If there are other signs, what are they?

Thank you. It would be helpful to read more about 123/TTE. Will look forward to your examples. Good to know because that's exactly what I am trying to do and post in this thread. If you can share feedback, that would be great! When you write about "super basic price actions setups" which o...

Re: Mr. D's Humble Quest in the Wick Land

I think originally MO was using buzzard trades and such to trade with the goal of "taking" other trader's profits. Then the zline was created to show how he was a post momentum trader because candle two was suppose to be momo and he wanted to trade in the direction of recent momo. That's ...

Re: Mr. D's Humble Quest in the Wick Land

Wondering if this is why MO used 2 & 40 MAs. I think he claimed that their cross give quicker signals. Last one so I don't clutter your thread up. But this shows how to combine when price is at an important extreme high or low, plus using the MACD. Also shows confluence with daily zline and fibs...

I love catching the top or bottom of a move. No worries about cluttering the thread. I am glad it is ali...

Mr. Hyde wrote:Another fav is retest of a double bottom or top. If it holds they normally start a nice new trend and you can ride it for a good amount of pips.

If I can add, it usually provides two retest opportunities.

Re: Mr. D's Humble Quest in the Wick Land

Created a Word doc and saved this information about the Double Hook to print out and review. More graphs with Double Hooks are welcome. That's great advice! I just finished reading MO's posts and aliassmith is next in line. Where would you have me start it? MO was somewhat peculiar about reading his...
