Also, a comment on Bias. Sometimes you need to remind yourself that just because your bias may be Short, it doesn't mean you have to take a Short...it actually means don't take a Long. Subtle but significant difference.

Re: Let's get real, Wizzle's log

To whoever might be reading this, your input would be appreciated on the following chart. You can see my entry on yesterdays GBPUSD 15m chart. My higher time frame bias was still short and my lower time frame bias/filter was short. It was a trade in accordance with my basic plan so I took it. Notic...

Re: Lem's Big Box O' Stuff.

Been playing with a ''thingy'' from ''The Other Place''. Scalping on EU exclusively. This was the last of a four-trade stack to close, following a single entry earlier on as the move began. It's no Dead Horse - by a long shot - but is interesting nevertheless. Something to play with, if nothing else...

Re: Aliassmith Beats a "Dead Horse"

Is stupid o'clock UK time about the same time as good US time? You might just get away with it. Say 02:00 UK, that would be 21:00 EST It usually means I'd set-and-forget once I got my entry and wake up to whatever. If it was a strong enough move, you'd still have enough opportunities to get somethi...

Re: Aliassmith Beats a "Dead Horse"

I can see why. This one was pretty nice. You saw the charts I was putting up, this kind of move is nothing out of the ordinary on EA and there was plenty of opportunity to stack. The only issue - if you can be a big enough ass to call it that - is that on the 15 min chart, the initial entry moves o...

Re: Aliassmith Beats a "Dead Horse"

Alright last one. I think my Mexican food has digested. This is Lems favorite pair with the DEADhorse I believe. EURAUD is a non-standard pair. It has a value of $7.45 per lot per pip. Using similar lot size as GBPUSD you can widen your SL a bit and equal the same risk. The Chart shows trades over ...

Re: Micro SUPPA, a trading journey?

Hope you and Lem get better soon. Is it just old age or you guys have crappy diets? Or maybe that China virus? I think Lem used to be a rock climber so could be just a couple old dudes. hahahaha I haven't seen much on your history. No, not that virus. Breathing issue. They gonna c...

Re: Let's get real, Wizzle's log

It's amazing to me yet, how we experienced traders can still have days like yours above, Alias. For me, they generally come out of nowhere and often for no real reason. The brain - in my case - has simply not been as focused as originally thought. Whatever. Where the difference comes is recognising ...
