What you are wanting to do is similar to trading inside the spread itself, also a method of market making. You can be successful at this if you pay very low/no commissions, you have a very quick line to the floor, and an itchy trigger finger. If you don't carry these 3 traits, I think you will find ...

Gododdin, The BuyZone strategy is primarily a market scalping tool and has mostly been refined for that purpose. The statistics and testing for it have been run on short time-frames and the stops and profits are adjusted for those ranges accordingly, among other things. This is not to say the BuyZon...

Here is my question to you Ali: Why didn't you dump 100% at target B the first time around? If you had, you wouldn't have to worry about the price retracement at all not to mention be ~12 pts x position richer. Then if you see an opportunity for re-entry take it. There are some statistics somewhere ...

I would close out the position, look to see how much was in the account they gave me, transfer the funds to my bank, buy island, drink beer.

Buy at the bottom, sell at the top is the best strategy I know... But more seriously, welcome to the forum, this is not a place you will find a strategy you can set on make money mode and then take off for the South Pacific. I doubt you will find any place like that. However if you desire to further...

Well better of course to not get wiped out at all Patch :) . You are right though, if you can't make money trading without margin then you can't make money trading on margin. However, the beautiful thing about margin is that once your trading is sound, it allows a trader to grow his working capital ...

Or, BE VERY GREEDY, just make sure you cut your losses at the initial stop. Very thorough analysis cvax, and yes it hurts to discover bugs in code but it could hurt more if you hadn't caught it. Just from looking at your charts I would suggest entering the trade with the same triggers as before, sam...
