do you mean these two zlines? they both were rejected immediatly with a close below the zline so they are o real zlines for me.

or are they?

right now i don't feel very excited about the trade and a close above 24 will turn the chart into a long.

doji said that we have to get a red close above red open and another green candle.

now in this picture he marked the second red candle and said that this now is confirmation.

this is what i don't understand ;-)

OK, I think a few of you guys are now onboard. Here is a chart just showing 30 min bias zlines..... only 3 of them... they are the only 3 there are the whole run up. observe 2 closes higher than 1 = long bias line B closes higher than A = long bias line 2 closes higher than 1 - long bias line lets ...

in this case the questions is: what exactly has to happen after no 1 formed to make my zline a correct zline? A closed bearish candle above the previous bearish open, followed by a green to confirm. -> does the green candle (which confirms the zline) has to have a close above the red candle (the one...

The zline you drew wouldnt be there until you got the close of the next green candle. Because if the next candle was red it would be a failed zline. Make sense -> I put numbers on the candles. you mean: if no 2 closes below the zline it isn't a zline (just a fake). but no 2 closed near the zline. s...

thanks doji!

i understand your explanations that i'm trading into a short bias but why isn't my zline a zline? why would you draw it two candles later?

zline = red candle to green candle and strong green candle close above open of red candle. or am i missing something?
