Here is 1hr SWINGS with 5MIN Analysis. This is also true for 4hr Swings with 15mins. 5 charts attached :- * 1 x 1hr chart * 2 x 5mins with just blue boxes and * 2 x 5mins with blue and green boxes Note: I couldnt fit the entire 1hr swing on 5mins on one chart so had to split it across 2 screen shots...

Newscalper this how i do it. I use 33zz semphor to mark extremes and draw my classic zlines line for 1hr and 4hr at pivot points where there is a semaphor. I use dark blue and light blue lines on chart to indicate if its 1hr zline or 4hr zline. Once price returns to these zlines i will watch for mom...
