another prob is the definition of closing over as in over the top...to me it means above..the line...but when on one side and closeing over a line it could be going from above to below....thus creating a close over the line....
i think this might sum up the confusion?

BB, Everyone visually sees things different. I draw on a set of cc's a close and look for a close below the line and a close above the line. this example basis one red line off the green cc and one red line off the black cc's. In this pic I did not use the grey cc's. We have 3 seperate sets of cc's,...

After looking at Mo's Pic, some people are gifted with the ability to teach. I seem to overcomplicate it over time.....Mo always reals me back to the basics.

Thank you for the pic, mo. I believe you said once, to draw a line and if price closes above/below it then your wrong, it cant possibly be support/resistance. Tyger I bet, has the link to your exact quote.
