Re: How to be a MOnster

It's cool because when you got it, direction is not a problem... i took a loss btw :D Mistake was mine: shorted at 50% of H4 momo and everything went good 1.png Then i placed some aggressive short and i trailed my stop above the current (lower) extreme and i've been taken out. I should have kept a b...

Re: A fresh start! Doji's Trading Journal

Thanks again MIRA and DOJI- that chart Mira posted and the explanation was SO important - and was something I must admit I had sort of overlooked. I don`t really trade like you guys - and yet your ideas are so similar in many areas- the approach of MOMO towards the origin of another MOMO in the oth...

Re: A fresh start! Doji's Trading Journal

Over my 2 years of teaching I found it best to give clues on how to read price action which will stimulate thinking vs telling other traders what to do. By telling them it usually turns into a trade service, which I wont do and avoid. Its along with the proverb of "give a man a fish and you fe...

I would just fill it in with a bar...

if(low > pclose){low = pclose;}
if(high < pclose){high = pclose;}

...or consider the prev. close to be the open price.

Thank you MO!
It makes sense.

Re: The ideas that I trade by:

I'm following MO, thank you! So the Big Road helps us to not get fooled by smaller breakouts.. ? It creates bigger patterns every time that price closes in an area, and this why a BO is visible only when we have a longer column :idea: It helps me in a number of ways: 1) ease of comparing column len...

Re: A fresh start! Doji's Trading Journal

HBc11OTs80I You need to wait for pullback and take the signal, otherwise your just getting in to late. It takes a little discipline doji lol you're right Doji! I'm finding myself getting in too early :shock: It's ok because drawdown is small, but it would be smaller with a correct timining! Thanks!

Re: The ideas that I trade by:

for_Mira.png If price closes in an area then you mark points to that area. The entries are the same as the HI/LO method. I'm following MO, thank you!
