Re: Aliassmith Beats a "Dead Horse"

I'm loving your most recent charts Alias. My trading style has always been to try and take pullbacks on the lower time frames. Always find it hard to pull the trigger in real time. In hindsight it's easy to just say buy here/there. Hope you keep posting these, nice and simple, hopefully I can get th...

Re: Mr. D's Humble Quest in the Wick Land

Can I get a copy of that pdf as well Lem. I happen to be going through Janpec's thread on FF named Market bottom rotation trading, seems like some interesting stuff, he really seems to know what he's doing. Thanks.

Re: Lem's Big Box O' Stuff.

I've never used Ichimoku before so sorry if this is a dumb question. I can't seem to find the right indicator on mt4 that has the Senkou Span A and B. The one that comes with mt4 only has 3 parameters and not 4. So my question is does anyone have an indicator with the 4 correct parameters or are you...

Re: The idea's we trade by, so we never lose again. p2. The students become the masters

If price didn't break a higher high or a lower lower and we are trying to trade extremes what shoud you have done/looked for I guess if we're trying to trade from the extreme then you'd want to look for some shorting opportunities, in this example as we failed to make a higher high. As far as there...

Re: The idea's we trade by, so we never lose again. p2. The students become the masters

I am going to post this pic with no explantion. But it shows why trading is so easy. Its also and update I posted earlier. Newbies feel free to say what you think it might show. Vets like Ja could care less, cuz he is pointing triangle on it in his mind and getting a way better trade then I could. ...

I'd imagine the next bar would be bullish due to price not closing below the middle line. Target somewhere by the upper line. Enter somewhere by the middle line on a lower time frame, exit by the upper line.

Re: Extremes

Is price closing higher? Hes price been rejected from here before? How powerfully? no, yes, R+, Might be extereme... enter short with lots of space. if price closes lower, compress space. if price closes above if/then line then its not yet the extreme. Look for the next likely place. Thanks for the...

Extremes

I've looked into the same questions you have Doji about not only the daily extremes but extremes on all time frames. I don't see how to trade the failed extreme unless you wait for the bar to close. And since the bar can close a lot higher/lower than the extreme this doesn't help me very much. The o...

Here's another question which I know is more of a personal thing I need to work out for myself but I'd appreciate any information you guys think would help me out. I just finished reading the threads on momo and z-lines and since I just finished recently I'm not trading off momo or z-lines profitabl...
