Could you explain a bit what the general idea in your trading is? I see that you're using an m1 chart with h1 overlays. I'm using M1 but with h8 overlays for bias with the MA bands from Don's BONZ thread. Maybe there's something I can learn to see if I can incorporate something to have bigger R sinc...

Initially I planned to get up at 5am and try to trade the asian session. I knew the Monday morning Asian session wasn't the best, it was cold and it was raining so I decided to catch 3hrs more sleep and try after London open. Chop chop 2 to 5. In some weird way I wanted to see this one play out to see what a bad day looked like. I think I kind of have the entry part down, but I don't see much in common with the losing trades to determine how I can reduce the bad ones, or well, with the winning ones either for that matter...

I forgot to post yesterday, these were the trades. MA-EU-Monday-17-4.png MA-EU-Tuesday-18-4.png I today I grabbed 2R on one of them. The 1R trades kind of cancelled each other out. I still don't have rhyme or reason to pick more than 1R, frankly I only went for 2R because price had dropped enough.

One win for 1R, missed one entry, two losses in a row, then grabbed 2R. Why? Because I lost twice and since it was probably the last trade of the day due to my trading time I said I might as well go for 2 :lol: . All in all, BE day. Grabbing more than 1R feels good. Makes the losses feel more insign...

These are from yesterday and today. Yesterday was good with 3 wins, today was chop chop lol :lol: . I missed the better moves, but that's just because of the time I can start trading.
