In the above - why was label 3 a sell, but the red candles 2 earlier was not?

OK - just downloaded my indicators to TS. This may not be the best example day, but I want to make sure I have this correct. Using Buy Zone only, the only trade would have been short @ 8:35 because we had a red bar go through the ShortBot of 119.42 - correct? And using buy zone only - would have had...
