I would imagine that one buys when price exceeds the high and sell when it passes the low.

I downloaded all there was to download and read it. Looks straight forward until I played with a chart and marked it.
When does one actually buy/sell? Is it directly the bar enters the zone or when the bar closes.

Or is that a silly question?
