Can't seem to find the eSignal version of TRO_SCALPER_HILO. I was trying to open the ELD file but it appeared that can only be opened by TS - not a text file?

again,I would like to express how I am appalled by reading that TRO has been banned by eSignal....that is crazy!!!

As for NeoTicker, I thought you'd still have to pay for eSignal for its data feed to NT? Am I misunderstanding something here?
