it doesn't pick the high and low, it is set from the open of the period. Then, with the settings the user wants, the zone top/bottom lines and width is set.
The user is responsible to determine what levels work best with the instrument...

I've been watching for a couple weeks too. Is the arrow plotted after your setup bar closes? And what is your entry price level (i.e. for short - 1 tick below low of setup bar?

Also, what is producing your arrows on the price chart? Sometimes you're using 10 range and sometimes 5 range... Please explain why?

There are several threads for the e-minis.
