I still have the ADR on my chart, but it is on the side, not amongst the bars. I also 'try' only to trade one instrument at the time. For now AUS200 during the day and UK100 in the evening (I am in NZ).

So do I,but would you be able to tell me what the indicator is based on technically, so that I can get a better understanding of it, please?
