If you are a registered and paying customer, they have a direct line that is not toll free, but if you have skype the call is free. Again I have been with them a long time and I would say 95% of the time they pick up immediately. And please don't be so obnoxious, just state the facts. Oh I am sorry...

I am not sure which company you are calling, but from my very recent experience, Neoticker's phone support is non-existent. The main avenue of support is pretty much through the forum or e-mails, which sometimes are not answered for a day.
