Ninjatrader has a great wizard as far as generating basic strategies go. If they could implement something feature rich like that for indicators, I think it would be a worthy product.

Dchappy,

Although I am not a huge fan of indicators, I have a colleague who loves the smoothed version of the HA. I am sure it lags to some extent, but he swears by it on swing trades. The link is:

Maybe it's worth a look.

I understand your point Bredin. However, banks, laws, and people in general are more favorable toward tangible assets. I know that the current economic crisis has an international impact, but if you look specifically at the U.S. situation you will see how government has attempted to bail out the sid...

The beast (GBP/JPY) is not tame that's for sure. If you're wanting to stay with the tokyo trading day, try the AUD crosses, they move plenty. Yes you're correct 1 day can make or break your week, always remember that and stick with it.

Nah Ric,

I love the U.S.A. but at the same time I grow tired of fighting Capitol Hill and their stupidity in law-making. If something like that passed, It would be time for me to take my citizenship, and tax paying ability to another country.

With psyche lines, you either plan to scalp exclusively and occasionally hit the running winner, or you are trying to swing trade using a R/R ratio (3:1 is a good start) which allows sound management of your account size. I would not recommend trying to do both which would cause the confusion you ar...

The Swiss vail has been pierced, and the flood is coming. Below is a quote from the URL at the beginning. I first read about this on Drudge Report and I highly recommend it for anyone interested in breaking news: http://www.drudgereport.com/ We are living in a critical time of the dumbing down of A...
