risk/reward ratio
TRO, I notice that you mention a stop loss of 10 pips. What edge does DTB have over a 50% win /50% loss? I assume that DTB must be higher than 50/50, because if you have a stop loss of 10 pips, then over the long term you must have a profit target of 20 pips for 50/50 to be profitable. You say to ta...

TRO,
Do you use linear regression anymore? What are your thoughts on LR vs Bollinger Bands?
Thanks

Re: Commissions
How do you prevent it? It seems like it sometimes whips you in/out of a trade. How are you selective between all of the long trades.

Stop
I understand the initial stop loss, but how do you trail? Do you scale out when you hit so many pips & let the others run, the tighten up on that eventually? If so, how much?
Thanks
Thanks

TRO,
Do you ever use rsi(2), MACD 2,3,1, or linear regression channel anymore? Why, or why not?
Saw a few of your posts on Stockfetcher.

Randomness
TRO,
With the inherent randomness of the market, How about just flipping a coin? Heads Long, Tails Short. I'm really serious. I'm curious about your thoughts and others on the forum.
Then just do a 1:2 risk/reward. I wonder what the statistics would show?

Re: DIA QQQQ
Thanks for the links, I'll check them out. How are you coming to a conclusion on "trading the pairs that are going up", with the usual red candle, green candle, break of the high of the first green candle? Do you have a quick link to Buy Zone for equities? What do you mean by "trading...

Do you have a quick link to Buy Zone for equities? What do you mean by "trading the pairs that are going up"? Questions: 1: Do you use this to trade DIA or QQQQ, or can it be used ? NO. I use the BUY ZONE to trade equities. 2: How would you trade the wide range candles? All trades are the ...
