I thought I would show a couple of different charts with the Trend Indy. This is the same GBPUSD chart info, but with 21-pip range bars: http://kreslik.com/forums/userpix/10976_cc_trend_gbpusd_21piprangebar_1.jpg And here it is with 10-pip Renko bars. Thanks for the great charting idea, MO! It really does a good job helping to separate the wheat from the chaff. To me, it looks a lot like price-based charts, but with a variable bar size. I think that's a good thing. http://kreslik.com/forums/userpix/10976_cc_trend_gbpusd_h1_3.jpg

Hi MO, Yep, Bredin's version is better than mine! :) You mentioned using P&F charts more recently. What about Renko, since P&F is essentially a condensed version? I've been looking at the 3xCC on Renko charts in the last week, and it looks quite interesting. With no overlap, it looks like it...

For those who follow trendline breakouts as part of their particular rat idiom, I've attached a little trendline indicator. A supply line is based on the two most recent supply points (highs), and a demand line is based on the two most recent demand points (lows). The caveat is that a supply line al...
